|
A Maple Park man accused of dumping an Elburn teen’s dead body in a Chicago alley after supplying him with heroin has been sentenced to a total of four-years in prison. 23-year-old Nathan Green was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty Friday to a charge that he supplied heroin to his friend, 17-year-old Michael York. Green was received another year in prison for fighting with a jail guard. York was found dead the morning after he, Green and three others used cocaine at a Saint Charles Home in 2007. York and another man then allegedly drove to Chicago and left York’s body in an alley.
